Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of the purchase.
Buyer is responsible for return postage as well as a 20% restocking fee will be charged to buyer's account. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the item is shipped as New or Used and is defective, missing accessories or damaged upon receipt, the buyer must report the defect/damage within 7 days of receipt and make return arrangements.
We reserve the right to test "defective" returns and impose a restocking fee equal to 20% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Return all accessories, such as cable, charger, battery. Otherwise, the missing items/parts/accessories will be an additional deduction from your refund amount
- Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
- We will ship to the address you have provided, if your address is incorrect and was sent back to us, we will pass the return cost to you which will be deducted from your account. This also includes refusing a package.
- Replacement or refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please include tracking number so we can process ASAP.
If you do not wish to wait for a replacement, please repurchase the item.
You must contact us for a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number and write the number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the item's packaging). You must return the goods to the warehouse(s) specified in the RMA. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct return address before sending goods back. Any good shipped to the incorrect location will incur additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any goods returned to the wrong address. Item(s) will only be accepted if the item is in new, re-sellable condition, unopened original packaging, and unused condition. This includes blister packs and shrink wrapping that an item may come needs to be uncut and / or unaltered. Note: Certain manufactures will not allow us to take items back that the blister pack and or shrink wrapping have been opened.
