    This is what they says on the back of each card "Akiyoshi Hongo Toei Animation. TM and 1999 Bandai.  The card/hologram combination is a trademark of The Upper Deck Company, LLC.   2000 The Upper Deck Company, LLC. All Rights Reserved. Printed in the U.S.A."  I had to remove the @ symbols due to eBay thinking I am sending an email address.
    These cards have been well kept in sleeves and toploaders.  They will be shipped in those in a box with tracking.
